ZTE isn't really selling a lot of handsets versus the top 2 brands, but their network division have been doing pretty well, first swooping older networks to 3G and now upgrading them to LTE. V should post all their injunction press release to telecom magazines so that mobile operators will start asking whether further injunction, if any, will have operational impact on them. That would put more pressure on ZTE.

V should perhaps also sue ZTE in Indonesia and Vietnam. An injunction in this 2 country will have major impact on ZTE's revenue
