Lol, wrong again a Pro Form is based on information that is provided at that time nothing more. Many company's small and large use them but rarely are these numbers realized when product is first being rolled out on in this case rerolled out.

"Faud and gross negligence" now that is a joke! No Pro Forma is should ever be used to make an investment decision because it is base on projects and to many things can change. A little DD on what a pro forma is and what it is used for will tell you that. Wow LMFAO.
