I agree with all your points, it was CLEARLY stated that to be eligible to receive the certs, your shares had to have been purchased on the open market. That would have eliminated any debt holder or any conversion shares from being eligible on conversion date. imo open market purchased shares would have been under 3.5 bil. <PVEC> And lets not forget the labeling of these shares "GIFT SHARES" google should clear this up for you fairly quickly, cass, <<<<PVEC<<<<
