I'm curious if anyone asked about these numbers from the 10K, since "debt" has many meanings (not in definition, but if not used correctly in a question, it can be misleading).

Straight from the 10k: "Over the last three years we accumulated significant debt"

Consider this:
Accumulated deficit: $(87,625,076)
Loss 2014: $(18.3M) <- That is JUST 2014

Anyway, it's also interesting that the CEO will make $391,291 in 2014, not to mention all the stock and voting power he owns.

I wouldn't ever set out to hurt anyone deliberately unless it was, you know, important - like a league game or something.
