This is a good move revelis. There were a lot of sad faces when Richman resigned in 2009. I'm would not be surprised if he is on the BoD by year end...and maybe one or two more new BoD members. I sense Blackrock's hand here - resulting form their DD.

I feel the Wilan BoD needs refreshment in the most urgent way...and have cast my votes accordingly...withholding votes for 3 nominees.
