There is a reason 10Q has not been filed, and I think it is because we are about to embark upon a partnership or even a buyout, where Intellicell becomes a subsidiary.

Dr. Victor is giving us hints through his Tweets right now.


You don't open a satellite office in DuBai unless you have the $$$ to open it.

My guess is the buyout offer is contingent upon the finality of the court case and then Dr. Vic can focus again on medicine and on ways to outsmart Mother Nature.

All Speculation on my part.
