My guess would be Nevada. The facility that NRTI currently makes the Martha Stewart Essentials supplements at is located in NV and it's state of the art. Considering where the feds stand with respect to enforcement, and the relative timeline both companies have given for CBD supplements to hit the market, it makes sense why getting permits in NV has been such a crucial focal point...just a guess though
