This is oversold in my opinion and the volume (and presumably interest) has increased in the last few weeks. This thing isn't a sub .10 stock. I'm not saying its a $1 either, but the rule of thumb is buy low and I think this is low. Load up when their cheap because the sector will run soon and the lack of dilution makes this one quick.
