The part about the $5 /share in the release kills me (with the lame logic of attempting to attract institutional investors and investment advisors).

Do these management clowns actually think this stock will ever trade above $5 per share even post reverse split?

Nice try on their part but I seriously doubt anyone would believe that this stock could ever come anywhere near $5.

Even the most optimistic here were hoping for just a fraction of that as a best case scenario.
