Humm, S8 is interesting. I don't see how employees will want to buy at .01 when the stock is nowhere near that yet. Add fees and restrictions and it does not sound like a good deal at all.
More dilution to the bucket.

Diane Dalmy is still listed too. I thought she was removed as Monster Arts attorney.
