I agree with you but I would assume if Mr. Price is the lawyer, his timelines should be pretty tight to accurate if this is his specialty.

I would also love the phone number. I have verified the filings myself but that doesn't show what the intent of the company is. A company showing avoidance to shareholders isn't a sign that I would invest large sums into.
