so it' great news that Cascade is in good standing in Wyoming? wow, that's a pretty low bar.

what about with the SEC? can't trade the stock you get in the "Specific Asset Sale" (always cracks me up) unless and until Cascade comes current in its SEC filings.

what are the chances of that? they couldn't even cough up a PR or an 8-K (by the way, they have another one due tomorrow) for the "Specific Asset Sale".
