I do apologize - I do not have proof he used shareholder money. So I will ask this.

Chris did you expense your jet tickets?


If he did, then it is on the shareholder, if he didn't then we have nothing to worry about.
Supposedly he was flying on business so there is your shareholder money being used for no results.
