When did they say that? There was a PR that mentioned that they would issue a dividend to shareholders on record on April 10th, but there has been no mention of another dividend since that one.

This was from a previous PR:

""They are continuing to work on finding new deals, and have announced a 10% stock dividend for shareholders of record on April 10th, 2014."

There has been no mention of a possible new dividend being paid since then. I firmly believe that this stock will have it's day of big gains if the CEO can deliver on his promises, but please do not post misleading information without any facts.
