There are hard assets on the PEII balance sheet, the SEC did approve the S1, the underlying commodity (OIL/GAS) becomes more valuable everyday, loan proceeds are being applied to get the production going.....

I'm keeping an open mind here and will give Floyd time to execute the business plan....

IMHO.....
