The question was asked of me "how do you create a sourdough starter?"
So I will explain it!
4 oz water, 4 oz flower, stir! put in a container on your kitchen counter NOTE: Not a metal bowel, it needs to be plastic or glass. put a lid on it but don't seal it up tight.
Now every day for the next 5 days add another 4 oz water, 4 oz flower, stir!
after a few days it will start to bubble, that's it, it's starter! Now I know what your thinking "I bleach my kitchen every 15 minutes so there no way there is yeast in the air in there!" wrong! your kitchen is gross! Lol... this stuff will pull the yeast right out of that spotless kitchen
