Technically over the 78.6% of current action from last week. Without turning the explanation of this chart into a thousand word dissertation, I'll say this:
If/when .0114/.0115 breaks, the higher fib lines become very relevant. Also, MACD is completely reset and just turned to bullish today for primordial move to crossover. An actual crossover puts the PPS at a new high from last spike.
