I am not attorney. Not sure anyone on this board is.

CT's are part of a debtor in BK. To me that means the POR is in effect. As far as I am concerned we don't see anything do to POR.
They wouldn't have done the switch a-rue (making us class 10B from class 3) during the plan approval stage if they weren't planning on taking our money.

I can't explain to you why they reinstated the CT's from grey to pink.

Somethings make no sense unless we are going to get paid but I have NEVER been able to get beyond the POR.

Nor have I been able to get beyond the hysteria of every month this is over.

Drag it out until 2017 and cross everything you can cross and pray that at the end of the day A>L and if so the POR is GONE!
