That may be true for larger more developed companies. But pre development stage companies like ours shareholders would suffer tremendously with that large of a reverse split. I doubt any of those companies ever experienced a RS over 1 for 1000. Forget MMJ Companies for now Just crank up the wood pellet processing plant and then after a healthy revenue stream Garb could think about A subsidiary in the MMJ industry. After a few million dollars in revenue from the wood pellet processing plant or tire sales garb could complete share buybacks for way less per share. If an MMJ subsidiary was acquired Garb would most likely have to turn over a huge majority control block of shares. Losing their ability to call the shots unopposed.
