I Need a little help.

I mean, a friend of mine does.

See, this friend invested his life savings, his IRA, and his kids college funds in a stock that recently tanked. Just for purposes of this discussion, lets call that stock VGPR.

Lets say that I was getting nervous about this decline in the stock price, should I tell my friend to just wait it out, or sell now and cut his losses at %85 percent?
