Could someone please explain. I am a "newby," but I am trying to find out for a family member who has invested in UBIQ. In November of 2013, there was a forward stock split (4:1), and his number of stocks quadrupled, but the value stayed the same. I understand that. But in April of this year, there was a reverse stock split (3:1) to meet the requirements for the NASDAQ. Does this mean he is back down to the number of stocks he started out with before the first forward stock split? Thanks for anybody's comments to help explain.
