Definitely a low floater (if the figures are accurate). Doesn't look like toxic financing is in place but it's hard to tell.

Do keep in mind that April 15th was two months ago, and on March 20th, the A/S was doubled from 950 million to 2 billion. Then, on May 14th, the A/S was doubled again from 2 billion to 4 billion.

Someone really ought to contact the transfer agent and see if more recent O/S and Float numbers are available...
