i don't consider 670 million shares a "low float". 25 million shares is a low float. Maybe even 50 million, but not 670 million.
Sure, we'd love to see floats as low as 25-50 million, but 50 million x $0.0004/share is only $20,000. That is why you don't usually see floats that low in the OTC Pink basement. On a good trading day, a Pink trading between $0.0001-0.0005 can chew through 670 million shares in one day... and then some. On a medium volume time, it might take 2 or 3 days.
