What I am saying is that this PR was issued in order to create a false market in VPLM shares.

There's simply no logical reason to issue such a PR otherwise.

As for the SEC, sadly nine times out of ten, they have neither the resources nor the will to attend to every single non-reporting penny stock scam. And even when they do, the sanctions are often trivial compared to the amount of money stolen.

Unfortunately this is one area where, more often than not, crime does pay.
