I love their last paragraph. Maybe instead of spending more of investors' money on appointing an Investor Relations firm, they could be honest about when they plan to file their Forms. And if they give one date, but are unable to complete the report by that date, then release a PR about why and when the actual release date will be. Just my opinion though.
