Nothing like the ValiMed G4 has been on the market before, and the complexity is high. Complexity yields risk that must be mitigated. Consider the complexity of the spectrometer interface with onboard software/firmware, plus development of a new spectral drug library large enough to provide benefit vs costs, plus the nearly endless combinations of solution concentrations that are encountered through various technicians in various hospitals, etc. One of the SEC attorneys says this is clearly a high risk, high reward scenario. It has been and continues to be a high risk, high reward, highly interesting endeavor. Your own interest indicates that it is indeed interesting. To say that CDEX investors deserve what they get seems emotional to me.

Is CDEX staffed to do all the complex things described? Do they have the funds needed?? The answer to that being NO, regardless of the desirability of the now IMAGINARY vehicle the ONLY way that has a chance of becoming reality is to interest some company with the necessary resources to try to develop the concept into a marketable venture.
