I am a shareholder of Medient Studios. A Statement was made on the recent CC in answer to a shareholder question relating to whether there will be a Reverse Split of the Common Stock in the future. Jake Shapiro, now new CEO of Medient Studios said "Yes" on the Conference Call. Very recently Manu Kumaran had inferred that the BOD had not even considered such a move. The IHUB Shareholders have been communicating over the past few days and have expressed concern that this move now would not increase "Shareholder Value". Shareholders of Approximately 400 million shares, and still counting, of us are against having a reverse split at this time but not against this in the future when the PPS is substantially higher, construction is arranged, and revenues are coming into the company. I feel that at this juncture the Board should refrain from any actions and look to the future to make such a move. You have a wonderful shareholder base that you can use to help the Company in this development stage. In order to take advantage of this dedicated group of investors I would suggest that you add one of them to the Board as a member that would represent shareholders at Board Meetings.
