1ATM=Sad Here is another Email I sent: Peter, I would encourage you to start obeying the laws. Omission is a failure to do something, especially that one has a moral or legal obligation to do. For you to lie to me about making shares meaningless, & then ignore me is proving my point Peter. Other investors have seen all these Emails, I post them on investors hub, & believe it or not other shareholders also want answers now! FYI, I have also forwarded these Emails to law enforcement officials, SEC, & private attorneys for review.

Now is a good time to start being honest with shareholders about what is really going on, without any further delays. I consider myself to be further violated under these laws EVERY SINGLE DAY that passes. You do have other shareholders that deserve the truth too, & not to mention the legal obligations you have to tell the truth, instead of lying either blatantly or by omission. I am sure you know by now it is felony fraud charges to directly or indirectly to do any of the following:
1. Employ any device, scheme or artifice to defraud.
2. Make any untrue statement of material fact, or omit to state any material fact necessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading.
3. Engage in any transaction, practice or course of business which operates or would operate as a fraud or deceit

If you want to continue to omit to state any material fact neccessary in order to make the statements made, in the light of the circumstances in which they were made, not misleading, that will only help prove my point Peter. Considering the number of tactics to avoid accountability you have already used trying to weasel around what you have done, you might want to realize your current actions are counterproductive to that part of the Peter Plan. Be accountable, create success through achievement, or be prepared to accept the consequences for your actions.
