I am not saying Koppelman is a fraud. I am saying that he does not know what he is talking about when he says they will get non dilutive financing. That kind of financing can only be a loan --not convertible into shares.

They are not stable enough to find that find of financing.

Jeez. Koppelman is not the Messiah. He is an accomplished businessman that is the Chairman of the Board but it not involved in the day to day operations.

And as for Jae--check the Stock News Now interview in the iHUB I-Box where Jake is noted a the VP of Corporate Finance--he knew abut the dilution.

Anyone who is long here I wants more people to buy into the possibilities of MDNT kicking butt now that the arrogant Manu is gone. A lot of the Rah Rah cheerleaders are here to get buyers to push MDNT so they can sell It is all part of the game.
