After reading over 300 posts the last 2 days, it is obvious that the 2 sides here have staked out their positions vey well.

Ok, so now eveyone to their corners and let's wait for the Form 10 bell to ring and then we can come out and brawl it out based on "real, verifiable, SEC filed" information.

While there will still be opinions, facts will win out in the end - something that has been hotly debated for 22 months, but soon coming to an end.

If I am wrong as a long, I will admit it.

Here's to hoping that the opposite is true as well.
