Just because the lockup period expires doesn't mean the warrant holders will exercise their option now. If they are long-term investors like I suspect, they would likely wait until more catalysts hit, the price and volume is much higher and more institutions are in. They also would likely exercise pieces at a time that could be absorbed on the daily tape so they can maximize their gains without tanking the share price.

Ultimately, it depends on who is holding those warrants.
