QE DEFICIT FAUCET REALLY TURNING OFF:RE HL?
Try to imagine what the FED is doing . . . transfer of domestic USA QE funding reductions over to EU financial help and Middle Eastern side of the globalist ledger? 'Electronic hands across the waters'
Interest rates go up in USA . . . overseas T-Bills get recycled to daddy dumb-dumb (USA taxpayer burden). Next, to counter this . . . bill will be passed and signed allowing $2+Trillion in overseas multinational profits back into USA tax-free. That will be the real QE stimulus planned for all along. Multinationals made money overseas by not having to pay USA taxes, and wages and built modern plants to serve local growing world economies. Latest tech plants in USA tax-free and off-loading most of possible tax load onto new USA workers and customers, means the sun will shine on HL (as we make loads of commodity minerals when we mine). And, we now have new NA plant ready in Idaho and Canada.
Don't forget to add-in the new NA NG and oil that lowers our national production costing and net new plant construction expenses.
Say by 2018 . . . HL price will reach that $6-8/share.
Looking like new 'defensive' military spending increases on the way, and they all need HL minerals.
3-way territorial split arriving now for Iraq . . . re-destroy the cities and start the loan machine again. Planned over decade ago . . . Iran being forcing now to accept and get involved in (it backs the new southern Iraq group). Soon . . . EU and USA and Russia and China all shipping funny money loans to their new multi-IRAQ favorite neighbor of choice? Production goes up and the world economy kind-of-recovers.
What I am getting at is this: with the proper pre-conditions . . . higher USA domestic Interest Rates can happen and foreign $s and T-Bills can get recycled to USA in a positive sense . . . without overtly crushing the USA $ as world reverse currency.
You may not have noticed, but foreign companies are investing in new NA plants to join the feast.
Restart USA, solve the deficit, and strengthen USA $ and HL is setting in the sweet spot. Now you know why we get invites to muscle $ conference . . . we is nicely positioned and going to go up? And, safe NA centric investing for all . . . what's not to like?
