We probably wont see any Ariad movement based on NVS' unethical business practices because it simply has zero to do with Ariad. The true largest surprise is that NVS hasnt been forced to shutter up and divest all of their assets. They are simply a white collar criminal enterprise that nobody has the balls to deal with.
