I hear ya, lets just see, let's be honest, this whole thing started last November really with some laws passing. There are many hurdles to jump and many still not on board.
If and when, and I think we can both agree its when laws, rules and everything falls in place ERBB will be the front runner.
Until then this is just a flip for many and an investment by others.
The Uruguay deal with their JV partner could bring in millions with one stroke of a pen.
