Reverse stock split benefits shareholders only if authorized shares as well as outstanding shares are both doing the reverse split... If only the outstanding shares are doing the reverse split it is basically another form of diluting ....I hope everyone is aware and mdnt management don't pull a fast one on us not knowing we know this. Reverse stock split to uplist and attract bigger investors and allow also institutions to take part in buying stock hopefully otcbb first then major exchange like jake stated
