Someone pointed out to me that you were asking about Wellington Shields.. There is no filings to prove that Wellington Shields is engaging WNTR -atleast none that I know of.. We all suspected that Wellington was the investment banking firm because of the language used in the press release here:

BUT. Here is an example of a company with audited financials with 19 million in revenues.. that has proof of engagement. Which I may add.. their "letter of engagement" from Wellington is on the SEC.GOV website..

where is letter of engagement for WNTR? I cannot find one?

I did not know these "letters of engagement" existed until recently.. this was the first one I have ever found.
