I'm sure it knows it has another big out of court settlement coming up in relation to PFNO's case (already funded by and being conducted by Ergoconzept) - just trying to delay the inevitable hefty settlement.

Lets hope its for the full value of bearer bonds - I belive thats at least one billion if not several billion Dollars! Ouch!
