A bit like apples and oranges.

ELTP is a pharmaceutical company that has a pipeline of drugs and a savvy CEO. They do not have multi billions of shares outstanding with more shares needed to go out to pay bills.

MDNT has a major challenge. They have lost a ton of credibility and chose to rebuild credibility by appointing a CEO with a very checkered past---a past that involved stock fraud. (Does anyone here really think that Jake did not know about all the dilution? He was VP of Corporate Finance aka Task Leader)

Koppelman's involvement is the obvious positive here. He has the reputation, the record and the contacts. If he really watches over Jake and HIS spending (check out how LARGE he lived in his past stock deals as CEO..EGADS!)MDNT could have a future.

But the trading he will be superb. Volatility and liquidity. What's more to like?

But these forecasts of $1.00? That requires a lot on ganja to believe that is possible.

All JMHO.
