Yep Yep on PTSC! A flag pennant is just a short symmetric triangle. Maybe a month in duration. Also, right before something gets ready to happen/develop in the stock, look for a low volume DOJI on the candle to possibly form.

The DOJI looks like a cross on the candlestick.
