The likelihood of a buyout is very very high. Mr hill has stated that they are reducing debt , and increasing market cap by raising capital through dilution to open up for M&A deals The key here is reducing debt to become more attractive to a buyer. So really don't be surprised if the buyout comes very true in the upcoming weeks
