Hidden Value of Medient Studios
Medient Studios looked all over the Country to find the best deal for a Studioplex. The State of Georgia and the Effingham Georgia Ind Authority have given Medient control of a tremendous large piece of property, along with a fantastic incentive package. I can't find another Film Studio project or Existing Film Studio in this state with anywhere near as large a parcel of land which has been developed or is in process to be developed. The approvals have been received and Medient Studios is in control of the property. Many States like California, North Carolina, to name a few, are losing business to Georgia. Why? Because they have some of the best Incentives available including "NO SUNSET". It is hard to believe that a small company like Medient was able to pull it off but they did! Koppelman knows it, David Paterson knows it, and you know that Jake Shapiro knows it because I think that he was the one who was most instrumental in getting the deal accomplished. There is a great value here that is soon to be realized. Thank Heavens that Charles Koppelman has come aboard as our new COB. He has a past record of accomplishment in the Entertainment Industry that shows he understands "How it Works". Now, past mistakes have caused this company's stock to plummet dramatically. This has allowed many of you, to obtain a piece of this Company which could become one of the Major Movie Studio Complexes in the Country. If they do you should be greatly rewarded with this investment. This is a Story Stock! We are all here to see the Story unfold. Hopefully things will go well for us. At the end of this story I can imagine that everyone that is laughing at this project now will be crying because they didn't invest in it! IMO
