Again the key here is the float number, not the OS and AS numbers! If the float is 1B ~ 1.5B shares (0.89B shares as of 03/31/2014) and the dilution can be paused for a while the buyers will easily drive it to 0.0005 ~ 0.0007 through the buying-at-the-ask actions without any news at all...



What Buyers????
