Speaking of not having an answer to a question, here's some I'll ask you again.

The SEC found out real quick who the scam was, and it was NOT Loch Harrris, it was the bogus PR's that the B-Boys wrote. How obvious was it, the funders stories and Dr. Poteet's were exactly the same.
But the poor scammers that said: " I plead da 5th " was just a hoping they could get out.

1. YOURS--Did you inform the Lubbock PP investors that you knew that both Loch and CDEx had been a scam before they invested their money?
MINE-- l Those funding Cdex had no idea that Mp, Ts, jr, and a couple others were no good for the company. But one can bet that the funders of Cdex were spot on when they chose Mr. Brumfield, and that spot on was backed up by the shareholders vote.
2. YOURS--Did you tell them that you were not only fooled by Boone and Baker, you were also (according to you) fooled by Malcolm Philips for almost 9 years as well?
MINE-- Hum, I do not know any funders who gave money to Boone or Baker, do you? As far Mp, and his etal, once the funders were informed, they reacted quickly.
3. YOURS--How do the funders know that Bumfield can be trusted? What's to prevent you from just saying that you were fooled yet again when their money is gone?
MINE-- A really good question for those that have provided every shareholder and creditor a chance to re-coop their invested and owed dollars.
4.YOURS-- How many of your Lubbock investors are still willing to give CDEx more money? LOL! Yeah, right.
MINE-- I bet there is a poster who hasn't posted in a while that could answer that question for the board. Lets watch and see if he/she does.
5.YOURS-- It follows that the chief scientist, Wade Poteet, was fooled by both The B-Boyz and MP as well. Is that his excuse too?
MINE-- No , that is not correct. Mr. Blair fooled Dr. Poteet, and the B-Boys, and according to the SEC, over 30 others. But ole Henry did get found out.
And any one who wants to risk their hard earned dollars should really do their DD and read the facts that are in the public domain concerning Loch/Cdex saga. The truth was heard over and over in the courts and arbitration. Which is why Dr. Poteet is trusted, admired, and still getting paid for his time.
Will there be funding for Cdex, imo, without a doubt. The continued work on the patent filings tell one somtin is in duh works. I mean, really, imo there gotta be somtin beta good going on, lol.
