I'd like to see the CIA report that identified this was going to happen. How could troop build up not have been seen? What country has the US ever built up where their military hasn't just gone over to the other side like in Vietnam and now Iraq?

Sunni's have been fighting Shiites for over 1,400 years and will so continue. Saudi Arabia is Sunni and Iran is Shiite. The "shit" will hit the fan when those two collide.
