well out of everything stated by saha if any of it to be true it is hopefully this comment "The management’s financing objective for the company is less than $1 Million" shoot less than 1 million? dilute the piss out of it then for all i care. It would be very easy to buy back majority of the shares. "Part of the use of proceeds in management’s financing plan is for a stock buy-back"
That would be awesome if they announced a r/s and bought the huge dump that would occur then to just not do the r/s lol. Ill give the company the benifit of the doubt for a few more months to see how it all ends up. Either way come September-October Peter will have either followed through on his business plan stated along, or there wont be a company. With the certs and everything I only assume that would be the make or break time.
