ok said institute invests , to keep it easy round off say they hold 20 mil shares at .71 stock is 60.5 200,000 x 10 cents = 2+ million .. wouldnt these guys want to do something to turn the tide on there balence sheet. cant they start buying shares in another account enough so as to move the stock back to green. i would think there in with mm's. i guess its against the law but mm can manipulate all day long and thats not ? sickning
