As I stated on RB, these financials are discussion drafts or intenal reports. Certified audits requie an auditor's report and footnotes detaling Company accounting policies, details on assets and liabilities, important events, related party transactions, etc. There is no mention of an accountant on these.
However, this is more forthcoming than Mr. Olson was!
