Manufacturing operation if done correctly would be huge as you now sell through your own distribution as well as provide raw or finished materials to others. Also leads well if you want to franchise your operations as now you also have a built market and the franchisee has to purchase through your own distibution channels

I would however prefer U.S. based operations as the product to market would be fresher and quicker, less transportation costs, taxation in any one country not two, foreign goverments are less stable than the U.S. so there is virtually no risk of goverment takeover or rioters. Home grown in U.S.A. has a nice marketing ring to it and there is plenty of great high quality farmland here in the U.S. to grow products
