Interestingly, attorney Milan Saha's signature is used even though he is not an officer of the corporation as falsely claimed on the certificate. I suspect his signature may have been used without his authorization. If he did authorize use of his signature with the false claim of being a "duly authorized officer" of PVEI, he could be accused of fraud. I doubt an attorney would take such a risk

Um i guess where it says attorney under his name isn't clear enough?
