While there is disappointment, there is still a conviction that this will be all behind us next week. I can't say that I am happy we have to wait til next week, but the reality of the situation is that this is very complex stuff. The hold up seems to be a basic thing, but there are many facets to this procedure and it is made more complex due to being a gray sheet. That said, I will wait.
